Following the controversy surrounding Sowore and the alleged setup involving Nnamdi Kanu’s brother and lawyer, another toxic comment emerged: “In anything you do, fear Yariba, they are not to be trusted.” This statement reeks of tribal hatred and dangerous generalization. Distrusting an entire ethnic group because of individual actions is both ignorant and destructive. Such divisive remarks breed resentment and weaken the unity Nigeria desperately needs. Trust and character should be measured by personal integrity, not tribe. Spreading hate under the guise of experience only fuels tension — and that mindset is the true betrayal of peace.
