After VeryDarkMan made a post claiming Igbo men wanted to fight him over tribal issues while boasting about owning the social media space, one disturbing comment appeared: “As an Igbo man or woman, you are famzing this Ogaychi and retired nude seller, you deserve to be stripped of your Igboness, cause you are a disgrace to the Igbo race!” This is a troubling display of tribal extremism and intolerance. No one should be “stripped” of their identity for having a different opinion. Disagreement isn’t betrayal. Using ethnicity as a weapon to shame others only deepens division and hate — not truth or progress.
