A lady shared a story about helping a young woman get a job, only for the woman to later sleep with her boss in an attempt to advance her career. After being dismissed over a minor issue, the woman claimed she was used, while the person who helped her expressed disappointment and cut ties.
Reacting to this, one comment read: “They always want to fvuck their way into everything.”
This statement is outright misogynistic. It takes the poor decision of one individual and turns it into a vulgar generalization about all women. It strips women of agency, effort, and competence, reducing their struggles and ambitions to sexual stereotypes. Such comments also deflect from the real issue: abuse of power and unethical workplace dynamics. Criticizing bad choices is valid; demeaning an entire gender is not.
