The comment blaming God for “not kpaing the bad leaders” in response to the Video of an agency feeding parents with only bread while surrounded by heavily armed security is both shocking and extreme. While frustrations with governance are valid, especially when citizens feel neglected, promoting or wishing death upon leaders crosses a dangerous line.
Criticism of inadequate governance should focus on holding leaders accountable through constructive means, not inciting violence or wishing harm. Nigerians do deserve more than symbolic gestures like handing out bread. The deeper issue lies in the systemic failure to provide meaningful, sustainable solutions for poverty, healthcare, and education. Rather than resorting to extreme statements, the focus should be on pushing for real change.
