Christianity Should Be Abolished

Pastor Becky Enenche’s statement, “Paying tithes must be done consistently, anytime you miss paying your tithe, you will return back to square one,” sparked controversy online and one response to that was “Church is an instrument of crime… we should abolish Christianity entirely.”

This statement unfairly generalizes all churches, attacking the faith of billions of people and calling for it to be abolished over personal bias. Constructive dialogue about religion should focus on accountability and understanding, rather than promoting abolition or intolerance.
