A post showing the dangers of witch hunting, using a lady who was beaten and burnt alive by the youths of her community for allegedly being a witch, without any evidence. This sparked outrage from so many, to the extent of spreading some harmful stereotypic comments like this one “I’ll tell you for free that the average Nigerian is a terrible individual.”
Identifying the average Nigerian as terrible does more harm than good. Which will affect even those doing their best to be the best of mankind. It’s best to address the issues rightly and condemn the people involved in the act, rather than unfair generalization.
