Femi Lazarus made a post about the wickedness of the Nigerian people, this post had a lot of mixed reactions. One comment on that post made a negative statement about Nigerians, “An average Nigerian strives for an opportunity to exploit.”
This comment is a damaging generalisation that unfairly portrays Nigerians as ultimately exploitative. Reducing the character of an entire population to opportunism is unjust and harmful while ignoring countless Nigerians who work to uphold Integrity.
