This comment irresponsibly blames an entire ethnic group’s film industry for Netflix’s decision to leave Nigeria, which only fuels division and misinforms the public. The challenges faced by the Nigerian film industry are multifaceted and cannot be reduced to a single group or genre. Instead of blaming, we should focus on understanding the real issues, such as mismanagement, and work together to improve the Nollywood industry.
