A recent comment claimed, “At least 50% of you will marry oloshos, you can’t escape it… unless you choose not to marry. And if you wish to, pray that one that you’ll marry is a repentant olosho.” This statement unfairly generalizes women, equating them to derogatory labels like “olosho” (prostitute).
It is wrong and deeply harmful to assume that nearly all women are prostitutes or involved in any form of exploitation. Women, like all people, deserve to be seen as individuals with diverse experiences, values, and choices. Reducing women to harmful stereotypes not only distorts reality but also perpetuates misogyny.
