Such statements promote harmful stereotypes and distract from the real issue—individual responsibility. Crime is not exclusive to any state or tribe, and blaming an entire region for the actions of one person fuels unnecessary division. Instead of spreading false narratives, the focus should be on justice, awareness, and preventing such incidents in the future.
