In response to Erigga’s controversial statement, another toxic comment claimed: “If she has two eyes, she is seeing two guys.” This blanket statement wrongly implies that all women are cheaters. Such generalizations are harmful because they erode trust, fuel toxic masculinity, and create unnecessary suspicion in relationships. Infidelity is not tied to gender—both men and women can be guilty, and many choose loyalty. Painting all women as unfaithful only breeds bitterness and insecurity instead of healthy love. Instead of spreading distrust, conversations should encourage honesty, respect, and faithfulness as the true foundations of lasting relationships.
