On X, a lady posted a video claiming that almost every girl in this economy is a prostitute in one way or another, even working-class women. A user then supported her claim with, “Economy or no economy, it’s women’s nature,” implying that prostitution is inherently part of being a woman.
This comment is blatantly sexist and demeaning. It reduces all women to a harmful stereotype, ignoring individual character, integrity, and the vast contributions women make across society. Such sweeping generalizations fuel misogyny, normalize disrespect, and strip women of dignity. Criticism of societal issues should never be rooted in gender-based prejudice.
