Comment:
“No one can share it because it doesn’t exist. This is a recording. Dem dey okay chess we dey play ludo.”
Why This Comment Is Harmful
At a time when a Pastor was literally abducted in Kwara and fear is running high, responding with mockery and denial is incredibly insensitive. Claiming the video “doesn’t exist” or suggesting it was forged ignores the painful reality that Nigerians face terrorist attacks far too often—and there are countless verified videos to prove it.
Dismissing a real crisis like it’s some kind of game (“chess vs ludo”) trivializes the suffering of victims and their families. Comments like this don’t just spread ignorance; they weaken public trust, fuel misinformation, and make it harder for people to take threats seriously.
When lives are at stake, denial is not clever—it’s dangerous.
