After the viral post of a man “thanking” another man for sleeping with his wife and telling him to continue since he had left her, the online reactions just kept getting wilder. Another user dropped this comment: “Nobe the man fault oo. Na your wife you suppose tackle.”
This kind of thinking is a serious red flag. Yes, the wife is responsible for her actions — she chose to betray her marriage. But excusing the other man completely is dishonest. Sleeping with someone’s spouse is also wrong, and pretending he carries no blame only normalizes disrespect and immorality.
It takes two people to cheat. One made a vow; the other knowingly violated someone’s home. Both choices are wrong.
Shifting all the blame to the woman is just another way of dodging accountability. If we’re going to talk about infidelity, let’s call out everyone involved — not selectively excuse bad behaviour.
