A post about Journalist David Hundeyin and his sacrifices to get the truth across to Nigerians by any means, and now so many throwing him under the bus due to information about his personal life that surfaced online. This post got a lot of responses and one from @jaysing001 read: “Normally, Nigerians are stupid, they can’t think for themselves.” While frustrations with public discourse may exist, insulting an entire nation diminishes meaningful conversations and such comments distract from the core issue. Constructive criticism is far more effective in addressing issues about the society.
