In response to the exchange between DDG and a Nigerian woman, a comment read, “Na Yoruba woman, they can beg for Africa,” unfairly targeting an entire ethnic group. Such remarks perpetuate harmful stereotypes and deepen divisions within Nigeria’s diverse society.
